Different leagues/age groups
Team make up
Each team will have 6-8 players. 6 of which will play together creating 3 pairs per team. The extra two players will sub out with the match. The pairs are not set and will switch teammates periodically as the match continues. Every kids will play at least 4 of the 6 rounds.
Practices
Practices will be held one day a week for an hour and a half at a local park. The coach will teach kids crucial skills to improve their game and have a scrimmage at the end of practice. Players will get a chance to partner with everyone at the practice to create friendships and team unity. Players who are just getting into it will be a large focus of the practice!
Match play
Matches will consist of two teams playing every pair of the other team each game won is a point for the team. There will be 3 games per match and the team with the most points at the end of the match wins.
Serving lines will be 6ft from the net. Stay away from being strict in carry calls. Hard serves allowed and double faults
For more infoServing lines will be 7ft from the net. There will be a foot and a half barrier that players must stay out in order to spike the ball. Aka There is a No Hit Zone
